Does Harumama Take Reservations?

Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations at any Harumama or Blue Ocean/Harumama location. All parties are seated on a first-come-first-served basis, no exceptions.

What if it is a large party?

We will happily seat large parties up to 12 people (depending on location). Large parties will still be seated on a first-come-first-served basis. If you are concerned about extended wait times due to party size, please call ahead to the location you with to visit for an estimated wait time.

Can I PUT MY NAME IN THE WAITLIST OVER THE PHONE?

Unfortunately, we do not accept waitlist additions over the phone. You must put your groups name on the waitlist in person.

Does Harumama Cater?

Unfortunately, due to staffing issues we are not equipped to accept catering orders at this time.

What if I want to put in a large order?

You are more than welcome to place large orders (6-10 people) online through our website. Please note, that these orders have to be placed the day you wish to pick-up. Therefore, the estimated wait time for these orders will vary.

What if I only want to cater buns?

Unfortunately, we cannot make an exception for bun catering orders at this time. However, we do have a few options for you:

1. Place an online order for cooked buns (these should be eaten right away)

2. Place an online order for our To-Go Character Bun Party Boxes

   • Our party boxes are refrigerated COLD buns to be steamed at home. This means that you can order them and refrigerate them at home for up to 3 days before you steam and serve them. For information on how to steam your take out buns, please read our heat-up instructions.

Why are your phone lines down?

If you are having trouble reaching us it is more than likely because our staff is busy with other customers. If you are trying to place a pick-up or delivery order, please order through our website by clicking “Order Online” at the top of this page, or using the button below.
