RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
All e-commerce sales are final. We unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges of any kind at this time online or in-store.
REFUNDS:
All e-commerce sales are final. We do not offer refunds of any kind at this time.
SHIPPING:
Harumama currently only ships within the United States. If you live outside of this region and would still like to make an online order, please contact us at harumamasd@gmail.com
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost calculated at check-out. Harumama uses USPS First Class Retail Shipping (3-7 days) unless the shipment exceeds 13oz. In that case, the order will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail (2-5 days).
Damages to shipping container or item:
Harumama is not responsible for any damages to the shipping container or item that may occur during shipment.
Lost/Stolen items:
Harumama is not responsible for any items lost by the USPS during shipment. If your order is declared lost by USPS, please contact Harumama at harumamasd@gmail.com
Harumama is not responsible for potentially stolen items (items that have been declared delivered by USPS but were never received by the customer).

ISSUES WITH ORDER:

Wrong item was sent
Billing issues
Order changes (Orders are normally shipped between 2-5 business days. Please contact within this time frame to ensure your changes are seen and accepted.)
GIFT CARDS:
Gift cards can only be used at their assigned locations.
Gift cards are only valid for dine-in or to-go orders and cannot be used for third-party online orders (Doordash, www.harumama.com/online-orders powered by Doordash) or harumamasd.com e-commerce orders.
Gift cards cannot be used for gratuities/tips or redeemed for cash (unless required by law). The value of the card will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
